Berhampur Panchu Danda Mahamilana 2026: Official Schedule & Locations

The Panchu Danda Mahamilana (The Grand Meeting of Five Danda Troupes) is one of the most significant spiritual and cultural events in the Ganjam district of Odisha. During this auspicious gathering, five different Danda Nacha parties converge at a single location to perform sacred rituals dedicated to Maa Kali and Lord Shiva.

Witnessed by thousands of devotees, the event showcases the intense Dhuli Danda (Dust Dance), Pani Danda (Water Dance), and the spectacular Agni Danda (Fire Dance). For 2026, the Mahamilana will be held across various neighborhoods in Berhampur, including Gajapati Nagar, Tata Colony, Brahama Ngar and Ankuli.
